Hey guys, i really need some help. I have an o4 lx now, and today i found an 05 ep3 hatch. I talked it over with my dad, did whatever, turns out i can get in this car for about 20 more than im payin a month on my civic now. NOW, the dilema lol. I am attatched to my civic, i wont lie. And it will be hard giving it up. Money isnt a big thing, i work fulltime and stufff.


Other stuff..ep3 is not honda certified..my lx is. I gotta give the dealer an answer in the mornin, cuz hes got other ppl lookin at it. I just dunno. Help me out guys, sway me one way or the other lol. And the si has 40k on it and my lx has 43k. I dunno what to do lol.


In a way its sad to see my honda go, but i nkow that i will be getting another one, and have just as much if more fun in it.


oh and the ep3 is taffeta white, and my lx is nighthawk black, my car has mods listed in my sig below and a revo ss. The si has nothing

Whats the body condition of the si? Is it good... whats the history of it, what accidents has it been it- look under it- any of the ruberized spray look newer then the rest, or the paint... does the bumper paint match along with all the vins on the inside of the trunk, on the bumper, fenders, window, motor....? Do all the windows roll fine? Whats the maintaince records- does he have any?

The second thing to think about is how much can you get for your car? Will you get enough to pay off your existing loan? If not, then you'll be paying more then 20 bucks a month. and when you say 20 bucks more a month, do you end up paying the same amount of months in the long run? You said money isnt an issue, so maybe that doesnt matter.

It comes down to what do you like more... if you like your 04 better, then stick with it, if you like the ep3 more, go with that. The ep3 is more sporty and has a better stock engine, but si's are known to be modded, where as you can take the sleeper look with the vic after you mod it however your want under the hood- ppl wont expect it.

Yeah i got ya triz, im a mechanic and so is my dad so we covered the car front to back. Its pretty damn clean. no accidents or anythihng like that. and im selling my civic outright so i will be able to pay the loan and everything off. the si will be my first loan, and all that good stuff. Im only 18 lol. But i figured i can jump in the ep3 for only a few more dollars a month and about 50 more a quarter on insurance

yeah! ive been around, but i dont really post much. I really wanna stay with a honda, cuz ive grown to love em lol. So im leavin for the beach tonight. and the day i get back ill be pickin her up . So ill update while im at the beach and pics asap when i get home!
