tough decision
tough decision
i want to add a turbo to my 96 civic dx, but i heard in order for the turbo and intercooler kit to fit, i have to remove the a/c condensor and many of the a/c components. i hope this isnt the case. is there an alternative?

I'm not too famil with boosted 6th gens, but they do sell slimline intercoolers and half mount verions... so you should be able to do it with keeping your AC. It might be easier/ cheaper to remove it, but i'm sure with a little brain power it can be worked around. Hopefully a boosted 6thgen member will step 2 this

Re: tough decision
Check out go-autoworks.com they sell some really nice setups for the standard d-series motors and some of them are AC compatible. It all depends on the manifold you get. As long you don't get a giant FMIC, there should be no issues with the condensor.
