Shifter Slipping Out of Gear?
Shifter Slipping Out of Gear?
may be a dumb question i don't know.
I'm pretty sure the shifter is NOT suppose to do this.
i've done this a few times totally on accident, i'll be downshifting too fast say from 5th to 4th and lean too hard on the shifter while in 4th and it slides back into nuetral WITHOUT touching the clutch.
Is something screwed up?
is this a safety feature?
whats the deal here and should i be worried

i think its your input shaft bearing or sincrows.
