Thought it would be fun to go with a different color, i always thought a white civic with a black interior would look a lot better...
Went ahead and did almost everything black. even my pillers and over head are all black.





went ahead and did leather instead of doing suede on my door panels







painted the center console silver instead of having that silver sticker dash kit thing











recleared my headlights because they were all hazy and nasty brown










i decided to change my blue led console to red and match it to my new gauges

Originally my gauges were done by gearbox, he did this thing where it was like 50 leds behind it. for the center console i just changed the bulbs. this time for the center console i rewired like 5 leds behind the climate control so its really bright thanks to gearbox's diy

What kind of leds where used?

in the blue cluster? 5mm leds (10,000mcd). for the civic stock gauges, white and red SMT leds. for my dash, orange 5mm leds (7000 mcd, were way too bright at first lol).

i used 5mm 10,000mcd blue leds for my old console set up and 12,000mcd 5mm red leds for my new one. the red wasnt overly bright tho. guess its cuz red is a bit darker than orange. i thought i had overdone it but everything turned out good.

looks good. yea when i first did mine at the rated specs, i could see the dash during the daytime lol. at night i had to cover it with my hand so i could see. but i also used 5 leds per dial all right in back of the icons, and 2 each for the buttons.
