How much should i expect to shell out to get a brand new kit painted, drilled and installed if i dont have the time to do it??

I think you should stay stock. No offense, but I laugh at body kits for all civics 99% (few exceptions like the 06+ type-r conversions). You should just drop and spend the money elsewhere (i.e. rims/tires/suspension/tints/audio/or performance)

I too agree, most bodykits on Civics are lame. I would too suggest putting that money into rims/tires/suspension/tints/audio/or performance. But if you want to change the look some start looking at lips and sideskirts.
