Its not two colors, its three. The engine bay is white.
What year is that? Why are you buying a car that was already 'modified' (if it can be called that)?
I personally say 'don't buy that car.' It looks very poorly maintained. Hell, look at the steering wheel. It looks like the dude drove the **** out of it. Your 15, you have time to find a car that was properly maintained. Go find an elderly woman's civic that she is getting rid of and buy that. Besides, why do you want a car that is modified to somebody else's taste. Do it yourself. Modifying will be a lot more rewarding.

Stay away... They diddn't even paint the door jams and the fender alignment is terrible. Im sure that car is a total pile of crap and it looks discusting! Like lordhelmet said Go buy a grandma's civic and mod that yourself.

I wouldn't even think about test driving it. Like the other guys say, look for another car man... preferably, an old lady's car.

If you like how it looks thats all that matters. From the looks of things it looks like that guy drove it hard and I mean hard. I'd say take it to a mechanic you trust if the seller will let you and have them run everything on it. Also ask for a CARFAX! If its in your price range and you like it, buy it. Ultimately its your decision but if it was me I wouldn't.
