Re: Wut u think about it???
I see that I need to add some more info into the FAQ.
First, I think that all three of thoes headers are the same exact header.
Second- consider if you want to loose a cat. Consider how many exhaust systems are out there that specifically bolt up to a LX/DX/HX header- I cant remmeber seeing many at all. If you try to hook up an ex catback, your going to need to take a trip to the muffler shop and get a connecting pipe specially made to connect the "EX cat back" connection point to the "LX header back" connection point- a differnce of about two feet. This will include two gaskets, flanges and the pipe itself.
What to look for in a header- you want to find the optimal sized piping running from each exhaust port- there are a lot of headers out there that use different diameter pipes. For the optimal size, I dont know off the top of my head- too small is restrictive, and too big is just too big- loss of backpressure. Look at the welds- do they look like crap and will they crack down the road? Basically look at the build quality. Look at how all four pipes running off the exhaust ports merge- does it look restrictive, or is it going to flow smoothly? There are mainly two coatings out there- stainless and ceramic. People say one is better over the other, so thats up to you.

See, how the pipes add up- looks like it could be more free flowing if you ask me.

So wut you're basically saing is to get: ex headers, ex bolt-on downpipe extend my cables and connect that to the rest of my exaust?? but wouldnt that still throw me codes?
