Hey there guys. I've been trying to search for a lip kit that would fit my 97 civic ex 2dr and i seem to have no luck. I've been looking for something with a clean look but still noticeable. Can you guys help me out?

Just curious. Why a lip kit instead of a full body kit? Body kits expand you options and have a more noticeable look to them. Why not spend about $1000 on a painted body kit rather than a lip kit that may end up costing the same?

Because 98% of the time, lip kits look better than a full body kit. Plus if he wants a clean look that's still noticeable, then a body kit is the polar opposite of this.

Check Ebay man, that's probably your best bet for a decent lip kit.

Yeah I agree with you. It's just I hate when someone buys a $200 front lip and most everyone can barely notice it. I think it has a lot to do with my tsunami front bumper that I just like body kits. My body kit always has to be customized though.

thanks for your input guys. I did some searching on ebay and i did find some decent looking lips but im still not sure what to do here. Do you guys think it would look retarded if i replace the back bumper and the side skirts from an actual body kit and just put a lip on the front? All the front body kit bumpers are a little bit to flashy for my taste.

I think you should try to get a matching front and back lip kit and then find some side skirts of the same style.
Look on ebay.
I might be gettin some off of there for about 300 for all of it then all i have to do is get it painted.
I say you try that to save money.
