01 to 03 Headlights

01 to 03 Headlights
Can it be done? I can buy two cleared out '01 headlights, will I have any trouble putting them on my '03? Apparently the drivers side lens is melted, will I be able to replace the '01 lens with my '03 lens?

Turbo's in, basemap is loaded, just waitin' on the mail for 2 more parts, man!
Tails from an '05 will work with some wiring mods, headlights are a different size and won't fit.
