Rep Power: 0 yes/no Should I buy the 07 Civic Si coupe ?
Here it is....
I love my car...2002 civic coupe 5 speed lx,
It is fun to drive...it is payed off.....
I want a 07 si coupe....
I have the $$$, but I am afraid I will miss my car!
I also have 120,000 miles on my car, and can't seem to get more than $6000 dollars for it! I have taken great care of my civic! I hate to sell it for so low, afraid I have treated it so well....
- I also love the great gas miles we get...40 miles per gallon on highways for me....
also don't want to always have to use premium gas!
But, I want the speed and suspension of the new SI ! I like the SI! I really want it because of the new engine and suspension. I have thought a lot about a swap , but it is expensive and I minds well get the Si if I am going to swap...
I have wanted the Si since it came out and have waited patiently for a better deal this year....I got a deal or $20,800 for the 07 SI Coupe...good deal, trying to sell my car now........and still undecided too!!!!
Thanks

Rep Power: 216 07 CIVIC SI ,EASY CHOICE. IF YOU LIKE YOUR 02 CIVIC KEEP IT, ITS PAID PAID OFF . AND YOU CAN MODIFY THE 02 CIVIC SLOWLY. AND BUY THE 07 CIVIC SI AND DO NOT MESS WITH IT TILL THE WARR IS OVER . BUY IT AND DRIVE IT AND LOVE THE POWER . YOU WILL NOT REGREAT IT. GOOD LUCK.

Rep Power: 324 If you've got time, do what Modoman suggested. Sell the car yourself, then when you have that check in hand, go to the dealership and negotiate on total price, not on monthly payments.

Rep Power: 297 I would just go ahead and trade it in if there offering you $6k. Selling a stick and a car with 120k on will be difficult.
Yeah there's no comparison to a 07 si and a 02 civic. You might to look into getting maybe a 05 or 06 used Rsx Type S, unless you really like the navi option.

Rep Power: 282 If you can afford it, get the Si. There is no comparison and you WILL NOT be dissapointed. I recently made the same decision, traded in my 02 LX for the Si and I dont regret a thing.

Rep Power: 0 Also just to put my 2 cents in for 20 grand there is possibilities for much "cooler" cars and/or sporty cars imo. They won't be brand new but still. Maybe Im just saying this because I wish I could buy a sports car right now and can't lol but anyways do whatever you want just realize all your possibilities before you make the decision.
