Hey Everyone, Im New.

Recently Purchased a 2000 Honda Civic EX
its got 72,000 miles on it. and its bone stock.
bought from a gal who was the first owner, got all the maintenence done at local honda dealer, so its in great condition.
Im looking to make it look a little bit better.
im putting a new deck and a sub and an amp.
Anything i can should do to the car?
tips or tricks for styling?
also i want to remove the Honda badges, is it a difficult process?

hey

its not hard to remove badges. use fishing string whatever its called and pull it behind the badges. it should take off the badges the pain is getting the rest of the sticky stuff off which i say use goo gone. although the honda emblem on the trunk will have two holes you will have to fill and do body work on. and the same goes for the hood if you want to shave it as well. hope that was helpful.

Congratz on the new car. I debadged the model, but left everything else. Also something that will change the look of the car dramatically is window tint and its fairly cheap. More pricey appearance upgrades are rims and drop, springs are decently cheap tho.

If you debadge it, leave the "H" emblems on, and just take everything else off. Depending on the color of your car, you could consider taking them off, painting them and putting back on. Look through the gallery at other members' cars and see what you like as far as mods. Be careful, tho, this hobby is addictive, and can get really expensive.
