help fog lights in my 00 EX

looks as though I have to cut out the spots to fit in SI foglights.? I see some bumpers that have pop-out holes to fit them but mine does not. I dont know the exact placement, if anyone has a pic please post ty.

yea you usually do need to cut out the fog areas

When I bought the factory fog light kit for my 2000 Civic I had to cut the holes in the bumper for them. I was very surprised but that's exactly what I had to do and turned out perfect.
