Angry '99 Civic Making Noise

I have a 1999 Honda Civic EX Sedan, and for awhile its been making a load throttle noise. The noise sounds like if my muffler wasnt installed. I"m not sure if my muffler or the whole exhaust system and even something else. But everything time i accelerate the sound gets louder and decreases when i decel. I dunno, i keep really good care of my civic but this problem came out of no where. If anyone has any idea what the problem is, plz reply asap.

yeah i'm sure theres one on there, and the sound is comming from the front and rear. a higher sound in the front and a deeper sound in the back, and this is the stock exhaust.

by now, i'm guessing you willhave thrown a check engine light if it's a real problem.. did you lose a lot of performance? if not, it's probably just a bad exhaust leak... i had one fixed at one point for like $25 if it's not, and you dont lose performance, and no check engine light, a muffler shop should be able to tell you what it is.. however if you do have a cel... autozone will be able to check the code for free and point you in the right direction

Hello everyone, first time on this forum. RyuNyte did you ever figure out what happened to your car? I also have a 1999 civic ex sedan and my wife went and got into an accident and after they fixed it, my car has the same problem as you.

thanks.
