I know the timing belt should be changed at around 100,000 miles.
But what about 200k miles, should I do it again then?

Every mechanic I have talked to about timing belts recomend that they be changed every 90K.

90-100 is standard, so yes you should do it before 200 actually.
I'd go 180 to be sure.
