Fuel valve broken?

Fuel valve broken?
Had to replace the floor on the drivers side of my car, accedently cut the return fuel line. I went to replace it and where it connects to a plastic piece broke (see picture). Just wondering what the part is called. I believe it's a two way valve but there's like 5 hoses running into it idk what it is and I need a new one
