1999 civic no fuel to cylinders

Car ran fine until it got low of gas(under 1/8) then wouldn't idle correctly. Would idle low (800 rpms or under) until it died at red lights. Had plenty of gas the other day but started running like crap til I got home then wouldn't crank up. Engine starts but won't crank. Got gas at fuel rail but plugs aren't fuel fouled after attempting to start. Fuel pump is pumping, plugs are firing. Got 12 volts at injectors when starting. Letting battery charge to ohm out injectors now. How do I find out if it jumped time? Could it be that injectors are clogged? Have not checked cylinder compression or fuel pump pressure. Work 60 hours a week so any help is appreciated. Thanks a bunch!!

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Engine starts but won't crank.
FYI: This line makes no sense as written.
Fuel pump is pumping,
Got correct fuel pressure?
Is it actually fuel, not something else?

How do I find out if it jumped time?
Does it still sound the same while cranking, or vastly different?
Low compression?

Jumping time shouldn't stop the fuel injection from squirting fuel on that engine.

Pull the upper timing cover and line up all the timing marks as outlined in the timing belt DIY threads.

Or just check ignition timing. If the timing belt jumped time, the ignition timing would be way the he!! off.

Got 12 volts at injectors when starting.
Is there a (-) pulse from the computer on the negative side? SOMEthing has to trigger the injectors electrically.

Got a scanner with a datalist? Got codes? What's the ECT reading in the datalist?
