probably not. it is probably ur gearing or someting along that.
usually when you needa new clutch, you will feel slipping in all gears (because a clutch gets engaged in all gears. lol)
some have had problems with that, and after they changed the MTF (using GM synchromesh friction modified) the grinding went away. look into that MTF
