1) proper tire inflation (BIG!!)

4) keeping on top of oil changes and required scheduled maintenance
I think he wants to know any mods that would increase mpg...these are maintenances....

Here are is what they tested for magnetic devices that have some gas savings:

Fuel Line Devices (magnets). These magnetic devices, clamped to the outside of the fuel line or installed in the fuel line, claim to change the molecular structure of gasoline.

The EPA has evaluated: PETRO-MIZER; POLARION-X; Super-Mag Fuel Extender; Wickliff Polarizer [fuel line magnet/intake air magnet].

haha i like this one:
Driving Habit Modifiers. These are lights or sound devices to tell the driver to reduce acceleration or to shift gears

Only thing i can think of is Shell '87 gas and a Short Ram Intake.

Im getting around 38cty/42hwy with 35PSI all around on the tires

I bought a scangauge II. Tells me in real time how my driving affects mileage, etc. I also run tires that have a 55psi rating. I can coast a looong way.
Aside from tires, the scangauge is a great tool to really modify your driving, AND it reports various codes, etc. Cool gadget. Plugs right into the OBDII port.
