Oil filter relocation kit

Does anyone know where I can get an oil filter relocation
kit for 05 honda civic dx?

This kit has been installed onto a 4g63 that took a Fram PH7317 filter, which is also what the D17 takes

The permacool universal blockoff plate DOES NOT fit on the oil landing. It the diameter of the disc needs to be machined down ~0.300" for it to fit between the IM brackets. it needs to be chucked up in a lathe to do this, do it right, the wall gets mighty thin.
I made it fit, but if the greddy plate is smaller, just use that.
It doesn't help much to relocate the filter, there's really no better place to put it.
