hey guys my maintenence light came on im at 20k right now need to no if i need to do anything else besides change oil and filter i got new tires about 3k ago so dont need a rotation anything i need to change or check?

its just a ploy by honda to have u take it into the dealershit so they can make money...all u need to do is what u said u needed...other mantenance comes around 35k-40k miles such as a basic tune up

I do the follwoing:

Oil - every 3,000 miles
Tranny - every 25,000 miles
Rotate tires - every 15,000 miles

u have to hold the trip buttong down for 20 seconds, when ur car is off, than while holding it, turn it on, it should work, but at 20k thats pretty soon i guess, but whatever, its no biggie in general

20k wow? mine is on and im only at 13k.. computer just randomly pics when u should go get riipped off at the dealer huh..

mine was on at that time to but i had a free oil change coupon from the dealership so i took it in and they never told me how to get rid of the light they prolly did it so i would have to come back

3,000 mile oil change is subjective, if you use a synthetic, you can go 5,000-7,500 depending on the oil, 10,000 if you use the LC20. Normal cheap mineral oil, go 3,000.

If you have more than 50k, I highly reccomend Valvoline Max Life with a 4,000 mile oil change (4,000 is good for blend like that)
