no dont do that, it will erase everything. like all presets and if you got a stock headunit you would have to put in the code again its a PITA. i wanna know too. i dont have my manual.

Rep Power: 264 With your engine off you press and hold the reset button located on your instrument panel. Then you turn ure ignition swtich on while holding the reset button for approximately 10 sec untill it turns off.

yea ive tried that didnt work. i just read a post somwhere on here that says to pull the #6 fuse in the under hood fuse box for 10-20 seconds, put it back in and start the car. that will reset the ECU
