by changing my auto tranny fluid, will i notice in quicker/smoother shifts than usual?
i have 23k miles if it matters.
i also read up how automatics that have turbo will wear their trannys down, is that because of the power it cant handle?
so lets say i throw on bolt ons i/h/e, would it be the same but lesser damage?

Rep Power: 355 useing simple bolt on's won't affect your tranny at all. and probably won't affect your power either.

Rep Power: 787 Change the fluid every 15k, just drain the old fluid and add fresh honda atf only. Yes shifting will be smoother afterward. If you want the tranny to last long, get an oil cooler from B&M or something for $50.
