would anybody recommend this for a turbo'd car? I have 96000 miles on my car, and it could use this. Especially before I sell my car SOON!
I am thinking of the FP60.
with the lc20, do you just add that to your oil, or spray it in the TB? I wouldnt trust myself spraying anything in there, it just doesnt seem right.

S2000man01,
Thanks for the link. We appreciate the comments. I know I am biased, but I was a customer before I started working for LCD. I had to be convinced myself and I must say as a customer I was amazed. These products are truly like no other.
We'd love to do a group buy if we could get enough interested on this site. So far there has not been, but hopefully in time the members here will do some research and see what we are all about.
Jeff

Brief description:
LC20 levels the TBN, reduces oxidation, provides an extra measure of lubricity, provides extra rust control, and will literally melt (soften and emulsify) carbonaceous deposits. It then places these carbonaceous deposits into the oil solution. LC20 keeps your oil in good condition and reduces oxidation so well that oil change intervals can be extended. We recommend changing oil at 10,000 miles when adding LC20 every 1,000 miles. LC20 can also be used as a cylinder preparatory storage oil (squirted into the individual cylinder) in automotive and small engines to clean carbon deposits and keep rings and cylinders from rusting during storage. 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines that have stuck rings can be unstuck with LC20.
LC20 works with all forms of motor oils, including synthetic, and has a variety of uses such as end of season storage, removing carbon and varnish, and pre-conditioning the rings before startup. This product will also enhance hydraulic systems, as proven in a report preformed by Dyson’s Analysis.
The recommended treatment rate of LC for engine lubes in 4-cycle
gasoline or Diesel engines is 1 0z./Quart for the initial dose, and 1-2 oz. every 1,000 miles
FP60 is special blend of chemicals designed to clean your vehicle’s fuel system and increase the potential energy in the fuel mixture. This in turn will potentially increase fuel mileage and lengthen vehicle running time. This product will not only clean but protect a vehicle’s fuel system by leaving a thin protective coat of oil over vital fuel system parts including fuel pump, gas tank and fuel injectors. FP60 also acts as a fuel stabilizer by dissolving carbon deposits and lowering the fuel mixture freezing points in both gas and diesel fuels. This product has also been proven to decrease both carbon monoxide and nitrous oxide emissions up to 30% which will reduce pollution.
The recommended dosage is located on each bottle of product: 1oz. for every 5 gallons of gas or diesel fuel added.
Main competitors: Techron, Lucas, Seafoam, Gumout, Stabil. ect

scansel912,
Currently we only sell via the website. It is very cheap per ounce and does much more for an engine than a product like seafoam. We sell it for $26.50/gallon, $11.50/quart plus shipping, If you bought it at a store shipping would be included and it would be over $30 so that's a wash.
FP60 is a maintenance product. A product like seafoam has harsh chemicals that break carbon into potentially harmful chunks similar to techron. FP60 disolves these desposits into a lubricious form that can be carried through combustion.
Our main point is why let your car get to the point to where you need a harsh solvent? It's like not brushing your teeth and then going in for an extreme cleaning every 6 months. Isn't it better to brush your teeth regularly? Same with an engine, we pay a lot for cars isn't it better to maintain an engine and keep deposits away?
Also, a very important feature of FP60 is that it treats the fuel in your tank and helps it to burn more evenly. Also adds much needed lubricity to your fuel system.
LC20 does the same type of cleaning and allows your oil to do what it was meant to do which is lubricate. Oils have additive packs, but they run out quickly. Oils also oxidize which creates the varnish and carbon. LC20 keeps oils from oxidizing so quickly and does the cleaning so the oil can focus on lubricating.

scansel, also click on the link for the endorsement the guy gave on s2ki.com
Road Rage is a tribologist. They specialize in lubricants and addatives particularly related to engines. Obviously they know a lot about the chemicals and makeup of things that go into car engines, etc.

My car has 40,000 miles and I have not cleaned it with any additives besides whats in premium gas because I use nitrous. I would like to buy a cleaner and fuel injector cleaner just to be safe in my mind while spraying. Is 40,000 miles too late if ive never done any cleaning to use your product because it seems like your supposed to use ur product regularly to be effective. Im worried theres too much build up for your product to work. Thanks for your quick responses.

premium gas doesn't clean your engine any more than regular 87 octane gas. in fact, it probably creates more carbon deposits and impure burning than anything, EXCEPT when you use the nitrous.

You can begin using our products anytime. Start new, with 40,000 miles, or with 140,000 miles.
It will start cleaning as soon as you add it in and over time will dissolve your carbon buildup. Key word is dissolve, not break loose. Our product is also not sprayed in, but added one ounce to every fill up of fuel gas or diesel.
FWIW I buy used cars and clean them up with these products. Bought a tahoe with 72,000 miles and using both products has cleaned it up very well.

I'm impressed. I've used a bunch of these from greased lightning (worked but maybe too well, very harsh), to lucas (felt like nothing).
So is your cleaner the kind that you add every tank, or just on occasion?

LC,
I posted in another thread about how much of a PITA it is to measure from a larger container, whether it is the CFSC from RL or in your case, a gallon container.
Your products are recommended by T. Dyson by name and he doesn't ordinarily publicly endorse things. That said, I'd like to use your products but I'm back to that nagging measuring thing.
Perhaps the product could be put in heavy duty 1 ounce containers similar to the condiments everyone sees at fast food restaurants. Throw a handful in my glove comparatment and I'm good to go.
What do you think?

Flashlightboy, I love your idea and we hope to have some type of disposable container with a 4-5 ounce shot inside.
Right now it is not feasible as we cannot fund that type of container. We would have to buy very large quantities and have them filled for us and that is not an option right now.
We looked into a 5 ounce bottle and our cost were so high it would make the 4 ounces cost around $8.
We will get there some day.
