emissions in GA

i was wondering if i would pass emissions if i have a full race header w/ a high flow cat

yeah what he said. I just had to get my tag and my check engine light was on, the part to fix it was like 300bucks. So what i did was get my car registered under my mom address in butts county because they dont have emmisions testing down there. So no more emmesions test for me
