DIY tip - headlight polish that haze back too fast
After polishing my headlights, it always hazed quite fast...
that's when xriceboyx gave the the crucial tip:
after polishing, just clear coat the headlight.
Don't forget to polish the clear coat, or the roughness will make the light scatter too much.
mine have been clear so far for a month, before it would haze back in a week.

The meguiars kit I bought came with the restoration goop as well as a protectant goop. Didn't get a chance to see how long it lasted because I wrote the car off two weeks after polishing the headlights
