I've not been able to remove the lower center dash in the photos on my 03 LX Sedan (AT). Recently bought used, was adding keyless entry and remote start but prev owner had a butch wiring job and a dead old RS unit under the dash - it's tied all into the fuse box among other places. I need to get good access to the fuse panel to decipher and remove the old wiring.

The permanent lower dash panel (not the quick easy removal pieces) inhibits my access to the wiring. I need to remove it and only found one screw in lower right corner near my knee. This panel wraps like a U shape under the steering column, up and over teh fron of the cenbter console, ending alongside the glovebox.

Any removal insight would be greatly appreciated.
