Car wash with a dented rear bumper safe?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this thread but here I go.

I got into a small accident in a parking lot two months ago
Pictures are attached,
I replaced my tail light the following week but I can't afford a new bumper quite yet.

My car came so clean when I bought it from its previous owner and I want to keep it that clean but it's been two months and I'm starting to notice the insects, dirt, etc. and I wanna get it off before it ruins my paint. Do you guys think it would be safe to wash my car? Or would rust form somewhere deep inside my rear end? My actual bumper is slightly exposed from my torn bumper cover. Just want to make sure before causing more trouble.

Thanks guys!

Re: Car wash with a dented rear bumper safe?

ouch at least u didnt damage the rear quarter. But the actual bumper is painted and somewhat pretected from rust. Id say your fine to get a car wash...rust shouldnt be a problem from one wash. BUT id make sure your bumper is still secured pretty good

btw diy section is for instructions on diys only. id say it belongs in the general 7th gen section...but thats up to the all mighty mods.
