Ran "No Pro" Solo today
Holy crap, that was more fun than regular autocross. I need to do it again. I can still complain about the car if I want, but I won't too much. The front end is still too stiff, I'm gonna get some 425 lb springs for it... but I'm just overdriving the damn car. I know what it can do, but it doesn't always like to do it.
Anyways... here's the vid. I'd never heard my car from outside, it sounds kinda cool going full blast.
First 2 clips are me, vs a much faster car.... I got whomped in the straight away.
Last clip is a doosey... Z06 vs. F125 cart... you may be surprised.
We were running the clock because the courses weren't perfectly identical, so the timer sorted it out and they added the times. I didn't do so well, I think I wound up 5th out of 7, but at least I had fun.

Uploading is taking a while... Its almost done, and its 20MB, so sell your 56K and get a cable.
Go for download... its all there. If you could right click/save as, it'll keep the university happy that I'm not using all the bandwidth.

Boilermaker: im was running 350f/550r kw coilovers and i have changed to 350f/650r spring rate on friday. yesterday event was fun, the car rotate so damn easy now!
"And judging by the fact that he's gettin' his *** handed to him on the straightaway...it probably is..."
Huh? To what was he referring? The weak *** D17 ? (no offense)
Anyway...SICK vid. F125 >all
Dude...if I didn't have 5 lug, and you ever wanted to sell those rims...I'd SO buy those from you....that's just bling. lol
BTW...I see what you mean about yer car bein' a pig....but honestly...you might have tried some trail braking to kinda get the *** end loose? From what I saw on the vid, that may have helped...but then again, I wasn't there.

I'm thinking about 15x7s, but I dunno if its worth it
(and the narrator is JnyCash, another member of this site, so he knows what hes making fun of.)
The rear end does slide around... part of the problem is, as the rear tires slide around, they heat up, and I haven't figured out yet, how much pressure I need to put in them to cut down their grip as the heat increases (Kumhos are opposite of Falkens, they love heat). The Front end flexing a little more and not chattering (adjusting the shocks doesn't do much, its just flat out too stiff) and rolling the tire over so much should also help. Just from looking at the tires, they're doing too much of the work that the suspension should be doing. That, and I need more front camber (-1.8 isn't enough).
