Hey guys, my names Josh and Im basically here.to learn how to supe up my civic and make some cool and knowledgeble friends. I have a 96 Honda civic lx 4 door automatic...
I'm not looking to race or anything just want to make it a little faster and also make it look nice as well. Just looking for tips and advice and anything anyone wants to share.. I do want to say that it hard shifts and was wondering what kind of transmission I should get for it or if there is a way to fix that one..also what kind of motor? Oh, and i don't have tons of money like some of you guys might have just looking to get into this as a hobby learn..and put some love into my civic.

i don't really know much about 6th gens but there are a lot of great people here to help you out, and joke around with just for fun =D.

What's going on man...good to hear there are.some cool people on here..I'd say my goals are to have.it look really good and drive pretty good. Is say I could put anywhere from 300-600 a month in it...not that much so..what I want it tl eventually be is black on black on black i want black paint/headlights/tailigjts/rims the car is white right now.

they're not hard to put on. i've heard that it's nice to have a friend help you though, because some of the kits don't quite fit and as your friend holds the peice you can use a heatgun to get a better fit. i've never done it but i'm sure someone can help you when you have the kit.
