New 5th gen

Bought a new 1995 honda civic cx hatch. has a
d15b8, all stock, old man daily driven 165k. rebuilt head by honda 2k miles ago. all service records came with it from honda back to 95. i picked it up for 3k, getting it tinited next week! i have front and rear strut bars i got for 20 bucks also, and im putting a rockford 500w amp and two 10's in truck boxes so they fit under the rear strut bar. I have $200-$250 dollars to spend on
the car, what should i do? Full exhaust headers hi flo cat and intake? or save up for wheels tires? i dont wanna lower it if it cost more that $500.

The least expensive you'll be able to lower it for is $500, you'd need to add an extra $100 to have many options. Welcome to modding cars, it's an expensive hobby haha

How far do you drive on a daily basis? If you drive a lot, then I'd go with wheels and tires
