09 civic si coupe
Whatsup..im a new member to the honda family. Loved hondas since I was interested in cars. I finally got mine, an 09 si 2dr coupe. I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on how to go about modding my si, in order. Just lookin for advice from experienced honda owners.

Welcome! As for modding, your Civic has the K20AZ3 which works very well with bolt on upgrades.Start off with air intake (SRI or CAI doesn't matter which),then a sport header since a racing header isn't street legal, and then an exhaust kit.(Order doesn't really matter.but personally,I'd get an exhaust first for better sound.).Stock the Z3 produces 197BHP and about 175WHP.Torque is pretty low with 140 ft/lb of torque. With I/H/E,you can get back to 200WHP or possibly even more.Or you can go with exterior mods first like a drop and tint, maybe some rims.

Hmmm,maybe a 1.0-1.5 drop?Why 16's though?They're smaller than stock rims.I'd go with 17's personally.But it's your car.

Lol.I wonder if HFP parts would kill the warranty.HFP is Honda Factory Perfomance. They offer a front spoiler, side skirts, and rear bumper spoiler.Basically just a lip kit.And I believe they have a performance exhaust kit, rims, and fogs.Suspension kit too.I'm not sure how much it drops your car,but there is a drop. Here's their website for the cheapest Honda parts.

Black would give you a more aggressive look, but red on black/black on red is very common. So if you got gunmetal, you'd stand out instead of blending in.But personally,I'd go with black and then paint the center cap Honda logo red or buy a red center cap Honda emblem.
