Hi. 2001 Civic EX. The lenses are yellowed, dull.
Any recommendations on replacement lenses? I see many out there, looking for tried and true.
HID, LED, Stock?
Thanks...

Re: Headlamp Replacements
Personally I would just throw on another set of stock looking aftermarket replacements.

Re: Headlamp Replacements
Have you tried to wet sand them with a clear coat afterwards to bring them back to life? It's a no for HID or LEDs bulbs in halogen housings for me but if you want to splurge on HID/LED housings and bulbs go for it.

I've done the sand and clearcoat thing before and it only lasts so long (then again, rattle can "uv protective" clearcoat I had laying around). I did a retrofit into a pair of OEM style form k2 motor. Fitment was great. Ask @sdaidoji how they're holding up

Re: Headlamp Replacements
I recently bought a stock headlight assembly on RockAuto. The brand is TYC and inexpensive. I was surprised at the quality of the assembly. It came with new Philips bulbs too. Fitment was great.

If you want to take the time to restore the original lenses, I would recommend a 3m kit. I like the medium or heavy duty kit. The lenses will come out quite clear, but as others have stated it only lasts about a year before it dulls again.
