Hi,

any idea on how to turn off the park/clearance light completely of 2005 honda civic. i have fog lamps and i want that only to light up instead of the park lights. thanks!

well the park lights are controled by the headlight switch and can turn off anytime. i assume you mean you want to be able to use the fogs without any other lights on. in which case it requires some rewiring of the switch by testing all the wires to find the one that only gets power when the headlight is on. it should be a thin wire, not a thick one. just gotta try them all to find the right one, assuming its oem honda fogs. ebay kits im not sure how its wired. once you find the "headlight trigger" wire, just cut it and attach the switch side to an alternate power source like the 12v socket. that way you can turn em on alone when the key is in ACC position.
