hey
i have an 01 civic ex and im wanting to buy a set of halo projectors but have heard of ppl having problems seeing with them. i am wondering what brand of headlight i should trust. i also have a HID kit for my car and was wondering if i would have any problems there also, puting them with projectors.

doesnt really work out with those things. the halogen projector is very poor, and putting hid makes it worse. prolly best to swap in a real hid projector instead of the one it comes with.

thats what i meant i have a seperate real hid kit coming. was just wondering if they would work with projectors

just putting hid bulb kit in the projector it comes with will be a disaster. they are designed poorly and not even good for halogen.

so just dnt get em? im just looking for a dark colored set up. i blacking everything out (emblems, headlights, tail lights, wheels, tint, etc.)

you can get them but you have to open em up and change the projector inside. the one it comes with doesnt cut it at night.

I would say have a specialist make you a good set.. will be spendy but well worth it.. especially if your picky about your lights

I smoked my headlights out, then went with hid super bright fogs to make up.. plus there on a switch
