Are These Hid Bulbs The Wrong Ones??

One of my hid bulbs when out so I order soem new ones so I put the size which is h4 so I got them today and they look way different then the others... Here is a picture of how mines look like

and here is the pictures of the ones they sent me... you see all the wires?

So I was ok let me check so I installed them but just the two wires that regular connect to the bulb, oh yeah and the rubber round part was too big to put it on the rubber oem part for the light I hope you understand what I'm talking about lol.... But at the night the looked blue and little yellow and the light were lightning everything up so I already new that something was wrong because my old ones did not light up like all they light up the streets not the house and every single thing.... So what do you guys think? Thanks.

the extra wires are for running power to seperate high beams. since you have H4's and no speperate high beams, then you can just cut those extra wires out.
