Finally Getting Around to HID, Few Q's

Alright, I'm finally gonna be getting around to HID, I have a few questions though. I'm running generation 3 projector headlights right now.

1) I know I'll have to retrofit new projectors in there. My question is: Do I need to replace just the one projector, or the retrofit ANOTHER projector into the high beam bulbs place?

2) If I don't need to put another projector in there, how would my high beams be legal? Assuming the high beams are HID, What would I need to do to make them legal?

3) I've decided I wanna go 5k of HID, what would be my best bet on this? As fat as kits go? Mod Express is running a special, but I don't have TONS of money. Just trying to get my brain from getting rattled at night when I think about it.

4) Plug N Play? Should I do this, or do something else. I'm definitely not going to be going back to stock headlights, So what do I need to do?

5) What kind of projector should I run on these? I'm not looking to spend a fortune on projectors, but at least get some decent ones.

I feel like a noob asking these questions, so maybe some of the HID gurus can help me out.
