price: excellent cause i got them on ebay for little less than $30 shipped.
performance: had great output in the dry and wet roads. i like them over the OEM but one popped within 5 months of use so thats a big consideration.
color:

^notice the hint of blue at the bottom
nice part i liked was their were some yellow/orange if you look at the headlamps at different angles. notice the amber colored spot in the middle...if you look from that area, you'll see orange. and the blue from bottom and some portions of the top right/left.
overall, a very nice bulb but sucks that it popped on me within 5 months. their cheap on ebay but i dont think ill be buying a set again from this expirence.
and speaking of bulbs, ive used sylvannia silverstars (3800k from autozone) and those popped within 8-9 months of use. also had piaa xtreme white h4's...those lasted a year.

i never had any issues with my polarg accessory bulbs but it just seems that any aftermarket h4 headlamp bulb will pop sooner or later. mtec, piaa, sylvannia, raybrig, nokya, and so on.
