adjuster piece removal?

does anyone know how to remove the white adjuster vertical adjuster piece without removing the whole reflector piece? trying to replace my passenger side adjuster without screwing up the retrofit. it was a bit of a pain to get it out without pullin the reflector off.

uh i dont think it just turns out. you could try tho by unscrewing it. is it functional? if so by removing it youll never be able to put it back in without opening the lights. the aim will change and housing will move so it wont go back the same way.
