I got the idea of using oem ballasts and bulbs from a member here as an alternative to cheapo kits....but I have a wiring issue.....I purchased the H4 relay wiring from the link u posted and I wired them up, but the lights come on on even if the car is off. For example I wired the driver's side up (to test)and connected the red power wire to the + battery and black to chassis and they came on.....now, is that b/c I combined all of the grounds for both the harness and ballasts and combined the +'s for the harness and ballasts?? Thanks alot if you can help...they are 350z ballasts and phillips d2r bulbs.

Do you have a fuse on the relay? Sounds like that might be gone. That was my problem. Good luck

I fixed it...I wired it incorrectly....I wired to the white high beam wire...lol
