I just installed my Luminics Pure Blue light bulbs (they have a really blue colour!!); however, at night time the lights aren't too bright. I was wondering if pointing the bulbs up slightly would make a difference. If so, how would I do that? Is it possible? I have a 2005 civic SI (canadian, non-hatchback). Thanks.

no it wont. they are dimmer because of the coating on the bulb that blocks much of the visible light.
