Nah, white aren't illegal, as long as the bulbs arent seen. I had white on my car but took them off cause it kinda makes your car a target for cops.

Underglow is ok. The novelty wears out pretty quickly. White usually is not illegal, but you may still want to check with your local DOT/State Troopers. Just make sure that it is not flashing in any way. They'd be the most familiar with vehicle laws. But yeah as said above, go with LEDs not neon.

just dont drive wih them on... $300 ticket here in mass... i hardly even use them at the shows or even at all at shows. like i saud just dont drive with them on. its kinda not koo and it might get u introuble.. well at least here in mass it will.. idk just get something better.. but if u want then go ahead it will look koo
