How do i wire my m3 mirrors
Ok here is my situation. I have my m3 mirrors installed and my wires ran into the interior of the car. My led colors are blue and white. I would like to wire my blue to a switch so it can be turned on or off at any time. I would also like to wire my white leds to the turning signal. Is that legal first of all to have a white blinker for turning? so anyways i have a switch for the blue ones but my first question is where do i get power for the switch. Im not 100% where to get my 12v dc power. I know i can get it from the fusebox but how. I also know that for the white I i just ground the black and splice into the turn signal but to get to the engine of the car from the cabin do i need to drill through the firewall on the drivers side? Any help would be appreciated
Last time I had this much fun some furniture got broken!

white turn signals are generally illegal, but as long as it isn't blue, purple, green, etc then 99% of cops dont care. White is better, much better, than anything but amber.
As for wiring, just get +12v and ground from the cig lighter wires. Add a switch on either of them, then run to the + of the blue lights, and ground for blue lights.
To wire up the white leds:
Can anyone remember if the turn signals are switched ground, or switched +? If its switched ground you have some wiring work cut out for you (and you need relays). If it's not then this will be easy.
