how to disable "flash to pass" ?

how to disable "flash to pass" ?

has anyone done this, or do you know where this is? I'm guessing some wires need to be cut in the combination switch somewhere. Basically I dont want lo/hi beams to come on when i pull the stick back.

It is part of the headlight switches internal connections.

that sucks, so theres no way to disable it?
