Man, I wired mine without relay....

Wired ballast to positive (the black wire on the low beam TYC wiring that is paired with the blue wire) and put it ground to chassis. The high beam is wired from positive battery and ground to the TYC red wire....The blue wire and the black wire (on the side of red) are taped.....Both Hi/Low beams works, the only thing is when headlight is off, don't PULL the stick to get high beam.....push the stick when the low beam is off will cause only the high beam on without any other lights...

Can you post it and let me see how your wiring scheme is? There may be some problem during wiring...

Make sure you draw trigger power from COMMON from that photo otherwise it just won't power up(COMMON is the positive, and High/Low are the grounds)

i dont have my camera on me today...

30 to the battery
86 ground
85 to the stock low beam wire
87 to the ballast..(split to two ballast)

i even swap the 86 and 87 still didnt work

on the h4 bulb it looks like this 3 pins ! - ! common low high
so black wire with tyc connector is common is ground wire ???

if thats wrong than i need to connect
85 to the stock common wich is in black wire

i am gone try this might work i think i was doing wrong way

after 15 mint
i tryd this way i can hear my relay making click noice when i turn the lights on but it dont turn my lights on.....so wats wrong now ?

FYI for anyone who'd like a harness made for them I can take care of that.

I do believe that you are connecting to the wrong wire....COMMON is POSITIVE, the stock LOW BEAM wire is NEGATIVE....
TYC has the wires reversed, which makes sense because it uses DC bulb(either way the bulb will turn ON, but it doesn't work for HID ballast and may risk damaging the ballast because you are sending positive DC to the ground through the ballast shell)....So all the BLACK wires on TYC are HOT, while the red and blue are GROUNDS....Trace the black wire you will find the HOT wire from stock H4 connector....

Hey, did you buy a relay socket? I can't find it anywhere in auto shop....Or you just connect the wires to the relay itself?
