you do not need a dremel to pop out the reflector. you just loosen the aiming screw all the way out until its all the way loose and it should pop out. do not use a impact wrench, loose it manually or you will damage the adjustment nut.

So, if I use a TSX headlight, then I need to get HID bulbs that fit into the TSX socket?

yes. D2S bulbs.
