I am thinking about replacing all the turn signals and sidemarkers with LED lights. This is cool because the rear sedan tails would light amber instead of red (amber led through red lens = amber light). for the sidemarkers and front signals I would also have amber. The corner bulb will just be a 7440, and the parking light will be just the small round hole (with amber clear led). But the catch is it will have to be something better than those pre-made bulbs they sell. I'm gonna order some and experiment. but would it look good with just headlight and round parking light on? hmm

You should check out the LED section on hidplanet. There's a guy that did a LED retrofit on his prelude tailights. Looks great, but it took a lot leds and patience.

I think you should fix your tranny though, before you spend all your time on your taillights.

well these are gonna be test projects for now and I ordered some samples for it. I don't think it will be for my car but I may still make some better led signal bulbs. yea tranny can wait cause once summer comes its gonna stop slipping. only does it when below 30F.
