Question on H3 bulbs

Ok, ive got a set of the El Cheapo projector lights from ebay. They use the h3 bulbs, and i was wondering these are single or dual filament bulbs. cause all of a suddne my headlight isnt as bright as it was, nor does it shine as far. and yes, both headlights are on, and the adjustment on the lens is fine, i just checked in 20 minutes ago.

They are single. And yes they are pretty cheap. I had to replace mine last week after a few months of having them.
They are 55w. You can replace them with 100W output, but there is little difference.

They are single and don't get 100w output, you may fry the wiring harness, FYI.

it could be a bad fuse. i've had something similar happen when one of my fuses popped, but still had current flowing through it. just a thought...
