did you want it to just run with the switch or do you want it to turn on and off with lights and have the option to turn off when lights on?

i want the nozzle L.E.D and neons to turn on with the switch when i flip it once, and then turn off when i flip it back to it's original position. i want the nozzle to actually spray the liquid on the windshield the "stock" way.

Best place is bare metal on the vehicle's body. Shave paint off with wire wheel. And secure ground with eye-loop. Or just find a factory screw that goes to bare metal and ground it there.
