how big of a difference is it between LED's and Neons?

dirtySAMURAI is a splendid one to behold

for what purpose? undercar neons serve their purpose well. undercar LEDs also do a great job of lighting up the ground. it just depends on how big your wallet is

i mean how different is the brightness when u compare the two. say if i have a 20 inch neon and a 20 inch led. how much brighter is the led gunna be.

well you can't have a 20 inch LED, but you can have an array of LEDs. the brightness of the LED array is going to depend on what type of LED is used. for the most part, i would assume that the neon will be brighter than the LED, unless you buy one of those crazy $300 LED underglows.
