but search DOES work. and there have already been like 20 threads on foglights on the 2 pages that we have. 
for $20 what kind of quality can you expect? people keep complaining about the wiring harness being made for the wrong year civic and the switches not fitting, etc.

Rep Power: 0 you should purchase from k2motor. apparantly they have the better harness. as per installation, i did mine myself. not that hard, just takes patience.
